Kelington's IPO 45 times oversubscribed.
First ACE listing on track for 25 November 2009
Selangor, Malaysia; 17 November 2009 - Kelington Group Berhad saw strong public response for its impending listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia with 45 times oversubscription for its Initial Public Offering ("IPO").
The leading provider of Ultra High Purity ("UHP") gas and chemical delivery systems today announced that it has received a total of 3,058 applications for 44.2 million shares for the IPO's public tranche of 960,000 new shares.
The IPO entails raising RM5.15 million in proceeds for the Group with an issuance of 9.71 million new shares at an issue price of RM0.53 per share, as well as RM4.77 million for promoters via an offer-for-sale in conjunction with the IPO.
Of the 9.71 million new shares, 960,000 shares are allocated for public balloting, 2.81 million shares for Kelington's employees and business associates, and 5.94 million shares for private placement to selected investors.
Of the RM5.15 million raised for the Group, RM2.64 million would be allocated for working capital, RM0.50 million for capital expenditure, RM0.25 million for Research and Development, and the balance RM1.76 million to defray the listing expenses.
Kelington targets to be listed by 25 November 2009 - the first ACE Market listing since the MESDAQ Market was changed to the ACE Market on 3 August of this year.
